Discover through the art, the proper wisdom of the radish "who knows how to fall" (B. Fuller)

A drawing course with vegetables supported by (agreement) Rio de Janeiro's prefecture by the Parks and Gardens Foundation (Fundação Parques e Jardins) through the project RIO HORTAS, Avicres, Colônia de Pesca Z14, UFPB and others.

By having a physical living experience with organically-grown vegetables the programs offers to the student the exercise of reading the non-verbal codes present in living food.

The living models (radish, carrots, beetroots) are simultaneously elements of investigation and material for the drawings and compositions.

The Mobile Research Laboratory of the Learning with Living Models creates these dynamics in the organic vegetables gardens.

The physical space of this Laboratory is created by an itinerant construction made of bamboo, a nylon textile and rope, which indicates the presence of groups in activity.

The Conviviality with Biochip

Open Group of Study Research and Design with Living Models

Biochip is an Open Group of Study, Research and Design that investigates colours and the recovery of information through the design of Living Models.

Through the direct experience with different materials that remember the beauty of universe, such as: sands, clays, seeds, fruits, this program offers the participant a simultaneous exercise of its complementary ways of rational and intuitive  knowledge.

Different kind of seeds, fruits, and vegetables, generated by life on Earth, recover in our body all matrix information that exists in Living Foods, and that can be decoded only through direct contact with them, and not through the verbal ones.

Through this close contact, observation and handle, fruits, vegetables and seeds are transformed into pigments for composition.

The Living Models: radishes, carrots, avocados, are elements of research and material for design and composition.

The interaction between  those models and  the observer results  into different types of interpretation of their forms, colours, tastes, textures and scents.

With them can be obtained tests to be used in several experiences with germinated seeds, fibers composition and agglomeratives under the action of heat and weather.

The Itinerant Laboratories of Research and Learning with Living Models make possible  the diffusion and installation of this dynamics not only in organic vegetable gardens, but in streets and public squares.
